Check out the work of ANTON CORBIJN at the link above.
He has been taking portraits of rock stars and actors for decades.
He started out just taking pictures of his skateboarding friends.
Sounds like a 'dream job', but-
What are some possible problems a photographer could have working with RICH, FAMOUS, and BEAUTIFUL people?
What celebrity would you most like to photograph? If you had the opportunity.
How would you describe Mr. Corbijn's 'style'???

Some possible problems that you have working with the rich and famous is that they are very cocky and butt holes. They also want there pictures to be perfect and if you get it wrong you aren't going to be as well known as you could be. If I could photograph any famous person it would have to be Tom Hanks.

Rich, famous people want everything perfect, so the photographer could be under a lot of pressure to make it perfect. I would want to work with Ryan Villopoto if i got the opportunity to. He is a fantastic racer, so thats why i would want to work with him.

I never really understood black and white photo's since I grew up with color pictures. I can't look at those pictures with the same level of comprehension when I see a dazzling portrait of color filled wonder. The Vividness is lacking for me, I don't know man, I don't know.

One possible problem with photographing rich and famous people is that they want to have perfect pictures and that might not be the easiest thing to do. His style is kind of depressing and creepy. If I had the chance to take a picture of someone famous I'm not quite sure who it would be.

Some problems people could face when taking pictures of a famous person is that is the celebrity doesn't like it, they could tell other people that you're a bad photographer and they won't come to you. If I could photograph any celebrity that I wanted, I would either want to do Ellen Degeneres or Taylor Swift. Both of them are my idols, so I would be blessed to be able to do that!

A problem with working working with a rich, famous, and beautiful person is they most likely want everything perfect and sometimes can be a pain to deal with. I would like to photograph a professional athlete in action if I had the opportunity. Mr. Corbijn's style is unique and in black and white and I like it for the most part.

I would think that they would have problems telling them what to do since they are very powerful people. Also, if they make them look bad, they could probably do some damage to your career. One person I would love to photograph is Rob Dyrdek. Only because he is very energetic and funny.

Possible problems with photographing the rich and famous could be the way they want their photos taken. They might have to be perfect and they could be kind of mean about it. If I could photograph any famous person it would be Ryan Gosling. Corbijn's style is unique and possibly misunderstood. It's also very interesting.

I think that his style is very creepy. He seems to just take creepy pictures of people that would have taken better pictures just smiling. I would love to take pictures of J Lo. I personally think she is absolutely gorgeous.

I think some possible problems a photographer could have working with a celebrity would be that it would be hard taking a good picture because they dont want the celebrity to look bad. I would like to take pictures of James Franco(:
some problems will be rich people need perfect pictures and if you mess up they will give you problems. I don't want to photograph any movie stars.

a possible problem would be that they celebrities want to look good at all time, but they also want an original picture. They don't want a picture that looks like is has been taken hundreds of time. They want you to make them look good in any picture.

These photos are very weird. The ones of the famous people are well done, but I still think that any regular person with a camera could take and edit these pictures. The Miles Davis photo is freaky.

Well, working with celebrities would be very cool but some of those people can be very hark to work with since they can be very stuck up. Corbijn's style is taking the stars and showing a mysterious side of them. I would have loved an opportunity to photograph Michael Jackson if he were still alive.

Some problems that would probably come along with photographing famous, rich, beautiful people would be that they are going to expect perfection with their pictures. It would probably be challenging to direct them too. I'm not really sure what famous person I would want to photograph.

There could be problems with them being open to do photo shoots. They might get mad and expect you to make them look good. I would probably photograph Travis P. He's a great athlete, and he is crazy.
M. Newton
Some problems could be that they might demand the photo to be their way. I would really love to photograph Zooey Deschanel, Luke Pritchard of The Kooks, Brandon Boyd of Incubus, or the band Young the Giant.
R. Borchard
Problems with photographing celebrities is they have most likely been photographed many times before so they could be comparing you to other photographers and they could be picky. Also I think it'd be more pressure photographing celebrities. If I had the opportunity to photograph a celebrity it would be Darren Cris, Mila Kunis or Emma Watson because they are all celebrities I like a lot. I would describe Corbijn's style as very edgy and serious.

some problems might include working with celebrities, some might be VERY mean and rude. and if you take a bad picture, they might get mad at you. im not sure who i want to photograph.
j plotner
They could act all stuck up and be rude when your trying to work with them. They might not like the pictures that you take. If I could take a famous person photo i would take snookies picture.
i don't really get the fact of black and white pictures because they seem to boring to look at. I would rather look at color pictures because they are color and you are able to visual more about the picture then black and white. I think Mr Corbijn's style is black and white. all of his pictures are in black and white, no color.
A problem with taking pictures of famous people some of them would want their picture to be perfect, but the benefit is you would most likely get paid well. If I were to take photos of a famous person, I would want it to be Will Ferral because I think he would not really care how it comes out.

Mr. Corbijn is talented but his photos don't make me feel anything special. I would NOT want to photograph famous people because most likely they will act like a diva and have an attitude. Im sure there are famous people out there who are nice and fun to work with, but if I could photograph one famous person it would have to be Vladimir Kush because he is an amazingly talented and smart artist! If you don't know his work, look him up!
R. Josi
Some possible problems that you could have while working with rich & famous people is that they can be cocky & very dramatic. Also there likes could be different then your own. I would like to photograph Carlos Mencia. The reason why is because he ain't picky or nothing. He's also a funny dude.
S. Reyes-Chavez
Problems with photographing rich, famous people is their egos. They would probably start becoming high maintenance. And they would probably even start disrespecting the photographer.
